Kim O’Neill has worked in the Engineering and Scientific consulting industry for over 35 years. During that time she trained in leadership skills and mentorship while advancing her position within organizations.

While her passion is leadership, mentoring and coaching those advancing in these fields, she is still offering technical services in Environmental Planning, Air Quality and Sustainability/Climate Change.
